In the morning we visit Canterbury, a cathedral city rich in heritage with plenty on offer; you can visit the famous cathedral, take a river cruise or shop till you drop. In the afternoon we travel to the traditional seaside town of Whitstable famous for its Oysters. |

Chatham Dockyard - Salute to the 1940's

Our date coincide with the special event “Salute to the 1940’s”. The dockyard is filled with historic buildings, museum galleries and historic warships and set on an 80 acre site.

Dedham & Woodbridge

Dedham is a quaint village with tea shops, and a small high street, it is set in the countryside by the River Stour. Woodbridge is a lovely riverside market town, with stunning views and lots of local shops and tea rooms. |

Faversham Hop Festival

Faversham hosts the annual Hop festival, which a lively and popular event. The festival includes live music, street theatre,colourful processions, craft stalls and an array of Kent local produce for sale. |

We visit the small seaside town of Frinton take a stroll along the promenade or the beach, we continue on to Clacton a popular Essex seaside town with its sandy beaches, pier, fun rides, amusements and shopping centre. |

Margate or Broadstairs or Ramsgate

|
Margate is a timeless seaside resort where you will find traditional seaside fun and entertainment.
Broadstairs promenade reveals charming gardens, great for relaxing, whilst a clifftop stroll uncovers seven beautiful beaches and bays. The main beach Viking Bay has a small harbour, children's amusements and a garden on the sands!
Ramsgate harbour is a bustling marina, awash with history with plenty to see and do. |

Mississippi River Boat Cruise & Wroxham

Here's a trip for all the family; we visit the town of Wroxham with time to explore and in the afternoon we visit the picturesque village of Horning for a 1½hr cruise along the lovely Norfolk Broads. The 'Southern Comfort' is an authentic replica of a Mississippi riverboat with a comfortable lounge and refreshment bar. |

We visit Rye on market day, browse the market and the local shops. Hastings is a well-known seaside resort with its cobbled beaches and antique shops in the old town. |

St Albans Market

The lovely town of St Albans offers so much to see and do, Wednesday’s is market day with over 170 stalls to see, there are plenty of high street shops, restaurants and coffee shops to keep you entertained. |
