The Kent International Antiques and collectors fair at Detling has an international flavour. More and more stall holders are traveling from mainland Europe to sell their wares at Detling, providing a broad range of goods to satisfy all appetites for classic and traditional pieces. Furniture, ceramics, books, teddies, paintings, jewellery, gardenalia and many more items of interest make this a must for antique lovers.

The show takes place at Barleylands, where you will be offered a fun packed nostalgic day out for you and all your family.  Attractions include vintage cars, working heavy horses, animal displays, craft marquees, with over 180 trade stalls you will be sure to be entertained. 

Faversham hosts the annual Hop festival this lively and popular event is a celebration of the hop harvest.  The festival includes live music, street theatre, colourful processions, craft stalls and an array of Kent local produce for sale.

This is an excellent fun and action packed day out for all the family.  In its 44^th year it is one of Europe’s largest outdoor events.  With around 200 working steam engines at the show and thousands of exhibits.  See the show animals, local bands and enjoy a pint of local ale. For the younger clientele take a white knuckle ride at the funfair or watch a traditional Punch and Judy show. You will find country crafts and with over 500 stalls it will provide you with an endless variety of gifts to purchase.

The Kent County show is the largest event in the county attracting over 100,000 people, held at the showground in Detling, it features a flower show, wide variety of horses, sheep and many more animals.  The attractions include show jumping, rural crafts, antiques fair, shops, bars and restaurants.  A great family day out!

Tenterden hosts its annual Folk Festival a great family event with craft stalls throughout the high street, folk dancers entertaining.
